Hardware Strategy

KartMetrix doesn't manufacture hardware. We source and configure Raspberry Pi 4 edge devices (~₹8,000) and RFID readers (~₹15,000), bundling the remaining ₹80K install cost into partner electrician fees and cable infrastructure. Margins are thin on hardware by design — the SaaS subscription is the business.
